LA TUILE A LOUP

Faq

Poterie Paris

Eric Goujou undertook the stewardship of this this most sacred trust in 2006.

The shop’s unusual name, which litteraly means « the Wolf Tile », derives from an old country custom of placing a house roof tile in such a way that it whistled when the North – East wind blew, this served as an early warning for farmers to look to their stock, since those were the winds that brought wolves down from the mountains.

In Paris, on the left bank, in the latin quarter, not very far from the Pantheon.

Unfortunately, a retail website doesn't work for the wares we carry at La Tuile à Loup.

We don't have a catalogue or a price list because our stock is constantly evolving.

I advise that you look through our Instagram feed, if you find an item you like in particular, kindly read the caption under the photo to know if the item you are interested in is available for purchase. If it is, we usually provide the measurements in the caption.  You may send an inquiry by email with a SCREENSHOT of the item. We will happily reply with the price, more photos and maybe some other suggestions based on the item you like.

Given that most pieces are handmade by artisans in France. In average, the prices are high. You may send an email to request the price of a specific item.

By email? We are fast to answer your query ? The ware we carry are not standard. So there is a lot of information to provide, so an email is much better.
