La Tuile à Loup is the owner of intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use over all elements accessible on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons, and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the website's elements, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorization from La Tuile à Loup.

Any unauthorized exploitation of the website or any of its elements will be considered as constituting infringement and will be pursued in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

3 - Limitations of Liability

EG shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused to the user's equipment during access to the website latuilealoup.com
